My friend has been unable to send challenges for months. It says "error". How can this be fixed?
Probably your friend disabled the option for you to send a challenge...
He told me that it appears to be for everyone. Can you do this? I can send challenges to him fine though.

Then the only reason is because your friend clicked the notifications button instead of the challenge button...
