I just found Lichess and need to learn how to use it. I have played one game against a computer and did not see where to save my game. I assume each member can save all their played games for later study, but I do not know how to save my games. Can someone please explain how I save my played games? Thank you.

You can bookmark the game and view it later if you play many games as it will be difficult to find it using the above link. You can bookmark by clicking on the star icon in the game page. You can check your bookmarked games under the 'bookmarks' column in your profile.
If you want to download the games, you can click on 'Download raw' button below the game.
Hope this was helpful!
If you need any more help please send me a private message and I'll be glad to help you!
Bye! Have a great day ahead!

Your game gets saved directly on your profile. Click your nickname, then the time control and there is a link to see your games in that time control near the top right.
At the top right you will also find lots of icons, one of them is to export your games (download them in pgn format). This is if you want to save them and use it on another software, like a tree editor. But the site now has its own tree editor (tools, analysis board, once you click that, there is a little book, by default the master games are displayed, but the last tab allows you to filter your own games by opening).
Your games are automatically saved to the cloud, so you really dont need to worry about saving them. They will be there for you to check later.
