There is absolutely no need for the hostility. You did not exonerate him; that's for the lichess staff.
What in the world in this sentence justifies trashing him?: "I` d like to report one guy... I think that he cheated. If he did not, than I want to apologize to him."
He wanted to report a person. He thought this was the correct way to do it. He was wrong. And then you called him a sore loser, told him he made a "wild assumption", tried to be judge and jury, then said he was hiding behind a get out clause. You response is completely out of proportion with what he said.

You imply that Dusinblind didn't know the correct procedure. Are you assuming that?? Because the site clearly points out where to complain about cheating.
I get so annoyed at someone being wrongly accused by someone who hasn't checked the facts. There are players who might read Dusinblinds post and decide to block his opponent.

I used the word exonorate in context. I am not a lawyer etc., and I acknowledge your noble intent to diffuse the situation.
However when I read dusanblind343's response to your txt, I thought "Harutsedo, don't waste your breath".
Dusinblind is a stronger player than you or I. I reckon he knows the rules.
