The two sites use different rating systems. Very roughly, your Lichess rating will be 200-300 points higher than chess.com, but this changes a bit depending on time control and rating range.

The graphical user interface on Lichess is simpler and the board is larger. The chess.com boards look significantly smaller to me than Lichess. There are statistics on Lichess vs. Chess.com and Lichess ratings are 80 to 100 points higher. However, this difference varies depending on where on the ladder you are (e.g., class players, Experts, Masters, and so on). Here's a website with all the data:

The truth is, they use different rating systems, comparing them is kinda hard
systems are very close to each other and differences almost meaningless. Big thing to understand the rating are allways relative i.e there is no mechanishm that would bind these two ratings to each others.
Biggest reason for difference are:
- chess.com people start at 1200 while lichess 1500
- Pools consists of two set so people
