If I play a "rated" match - as indicated - no new rating is calculated and my rating does not change...is this kind of common bug? The same - not working - apperas if I limit the range of my opponents. Even if I limit to + or - 100 I get opponents which are 200 or 300 points below my own rating....BR JuLa

Click on your name, then you get a hint. Du musst irgendetwas getan haben, das die Verantwortlichen bei Lichess als Verstoß gegen ihre Nutzungsbedingungen ansehen.

Thx, but there is no hint, but most of my opponents have a hint (in red) that they have somehow misbehaved ...in addition, I cannot challenge other players... BR, Juergen

You should have got the hint that you will be banned when you cheated

You dont see it yourself, dear @JuLa03 - it is a shadowban - but this is a reason you are not getting points in games and are being paired with people who have the red mark on their profile.
You can see it when you logout and check your account as anonymous.
In case you didnt cheat and want to appeal please read: lichess.org/contact#help-appeal-cheat and follow the instuctions given there.
