Here's a puzzle (seems easy to me) with rating 1936:

Anyone know how puzzle ratings are determined?

Too hard for me
The same way of a live game between player vs player.

@Deadban : I am trying to understand how that works:
Ratings are determined by your record of winning or losing against other players based on your rating and their rating. Do you mean a new puzzle gets assigned a tentative rating like a player starting on lichess and then the rating goes up or down based on whether the puzzle 'wins' (person fails to solve puzzle) or the person trying to solve the puzzle 'wins' (i.e. solves the puzzle)? I guess the person solving puzzles also gets assigned a tentative 'puzzle rating' which also goes up and down according to whether the solve puzzles or fail them. Then puzzle rating are not directly relatable to ratings when playing games. interesting...

Easy, that's just a king and rook fork.

Yes, that's all correct. A new puzzle when released starts at 1500? with max RD (which could be a bit different from game RD, not sure), same as a new player starts their own first game ever in a determined time control or variant on Lichess. Rating change is the same because puzzle rating system is glicko2 as well.
