ONES WE MADE AN ERROR, LIKE FORGOT A PIECE, WHERE BOTH PLAYERS KNOW THAT WAS STUPID. SHOULD BE: FINISHED GAME, ADDED ELO TO THE WINNER AND PUT "take back" BOTTON TO GO ON PLAYING.
IF SOMEONE DONT WANT TO ACCEPT THE OFFER TO "take back" THERE'S NO PROBLEM. BUT LET MAKE THIS A TENDING.

Take back, that is not chess. You have to imagine in your head all that may happen, that's the very meaning of chess.
If you abandon this rule, it's another game.

You can resign, and propose to your oponnent to continue from that position in a casual game...

But, it's interesting to continue in some games, because was fun for both player. And start another game again, would take to another different position.

It's a common problem. You can't take back after you're dead.
It's true in real life, too. I submitted a bug report to God, and am waiting to hear back.

Turn off caps lock dude.
Offer to take-back their move, instead of asking to take-back a move.
Take-backs are only fine, if you do not see what your opponent is going to play next. It is obviously too late if you see your opponents move!
A additional feature would be the option to press the button "Offer to take-back". The output would say: "Are you sure about that move!" ... with the option to accept the take-back, if they see the blunder. If the opponent does not want to take-back, they simply continue playing.
Basically the coding is like the draw button, except the result is going to be a take-back instead of a draw result.
Good sportsman might want the feature ... When they notice a mouse slip, they could then offer to take-back that last move.

In all level of chess this sport is won or lost on inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders. Everyone is waiting for the opponent to make one of the above. If one request for a takeback after one make one of the above inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders what will it be like in this sport. Mouse slip is an accident and takeback given if request. I agreed with #2 aln67. It is another game. Thank you friends.

My reading this thread they should change the takeback button to a j’adoube button.

exactly! I agree with TOCANI. And yes, it's like in a real board touch a piece, reconsider and then move another one. There was a touch-move-rule that forbid that.
