The only problem with OTB is that your online results start feeling less relevant. It just does not feel quite the same :-)

Not the only problem. I played a Otb tour and i get nervous every game

It is also very important to analyze your game. Scan your scoresheet with https://www.xchess.ai/ and then use the engine or a coach to improve your game.

I find it easy enough to enable "Input moves with the keyboard" and just write the moves as they go in the scoresheet.

It's too late to help you in that tournament, but for the next one the standard advice includes:
when it's your move, analyze concretely
when it's their move, think about the strategy.
Sit on your hands: avoid ''automatic recaptures''
Be patient: in long format games, players are much more careful but will eventually play like their rating.
Urinate before rounds, sleep well, eat but eat lightly.
