When you take a look at the profile from (@)KarlBallmer, it looks like a "normal" profile, but when you take a look at https://lichess.org/@/KarlBallmer/tournaments/recent you see that he played in some titled arenas without a verified title! And now my question: How?! Does anyone know how this is possible?

I was also a bit confused when I saw @titledwolf play in a tournament without having a title in his profile. But we can find his name in his profile and when I googled him, I found out that he is actually an international master. So I think it is possible for Lichess to know that you're a titled player but also not have a title next to your account name. That might be the case as well with KarlBallmer.

Hey wait! But to play in titled arenas u need to verify the title as per as my knowledge
they probably got annoyed by team invites, follower requests etc. and asked lichess to remove the title
