Players who wait until the last second to make their first move

I'm mostly checking out how he is rated in other time controls to see if he is a slow or fast thinker

as it happens frequently also in anonymous I suspect they are trying make the opponent "sleepy". Also especially in anonymous some people take one whole minute for the second move in a rapid game. probablythe same reason

I believe it is some kind of psychological weapon. I mean, I'm talking about players who wait till they have literally «0 seconds to play the first move» during bullet tournaments. Zero. I've seen it many times. Online status; no connection issues before or during the game. It's quite silly, but then again, I've seen much worse.
