Play Computer with Instant Evaluations and Takebacks?

As an alternative you could check out Noctie (https://noctie.ai)
It's a humanlike bot that adapts to your playing strength, and if you're logged in you can play with "Live insights" which is basically color coding each move instantly according to how good it is from a humanlike AI perspective.
You also have takeback (only one however) and hints that you can activate.

Another Possibility is the free Lucas Chess Windows and Linux application.

The Tutor can give individual move feedback and move takebacks with lots of ways to adjust things / what you see to suit your needs. Lucas tries very hard to make engine information available in ways that are useful and understandable for humans.

PLAY> Play against an engine > Basic Configuration and Help Configuration (Tutor and what is shown plus you can see opponent's thinking etc.)

COMPETE > Competition with tutor

TRAIN > Games > Resistance Test > Normal
In the past, I used the Resistance Test a lot playing Blindfold against ladders of very weak chess engines.
