PGN wiever with C language

Hi from Italy. I have a question for you players. It is possible to create a LITTLE AND SIMPLY PGN wiever with the C LANGUAGE?

I have in mind a simply graphic interface (a chess board) and two or three buttons for permit to advance the moves' series.

Is there anybody who could give me some informations?

PS I don't know C but i will study it ;)

You can do anything in C, like with the vast majority of programming languages.

So now i ask you something more: It is possible to insert this little program in a website to make games visible? I am making a new graphic interface for the website of the chess club that i joined.

Come on Jon Snow, do your research. There even exist such viewers, open source. You don't have to code it.

If your intention is to use it with a website then yes, Javascript is probably a good choice!
