Opening tree list resource (just the base data)

Does anyone have a resource for all the openings (that is, the opening names) that exist in chess?

I suppose it comes from some dataset, that is why the full opening name is displayed automatically once the game is over e.g. Queen Gambit Declined, Cambridge Springs Defense.

Or does it come from the engine used in lichess?

I see that at least two websites exist that use the data in a visual way, they are http://www.chesstree.net/ and https://www.openingtree.com/ but if I wanted just the raw data...?

Many thanks
