Hello
I 've played a lot of games and I have used the option of "with rating" against a lot of players , but it seems my rating doesn't change neither if I win or lose...
Can someone help me ?

You have been marked as a sandbagger (?):
"This player artificially increases/decreases their rating"

If you play rated simul games or berserk a lot, you can lose a lot of rating points and then when you play normally again your rating increase a lot. That might by why Lichess says you're being naughty.

@FireWorks "If you play rated simul games"
-It is not possible.

ok good to know
I think sometimes lichess wants you to sandbag a little. If you don't get connected to a game in a tournament you'll also lose points which doesn't happen too often but it is annoying if it does.
Don't misunderstand me it is still a good way of preventing immediate resignments. As it was a thing to resign to strong players to get points an easier way against weaker players.

@flappieM It looks like 183 of your 244 games (75%) were against the same opponent who happens to be about 300 points below you. It could be you are friends and happen to play a lot of games together, but it does look a bit odd. You can try contacting the admins at contact@lichess.org and explaining why you were not sandbagging/boosting.
Take a look at this Q&A for an explanation of sandbagging: https://en.lichess.org/qa/192/what-is-this-player-artificially-increasesdecreases-their-rating.
- Boosting:
Boosting is the act of artificially increasing your rating. This can be done in many ways. One of the common ways is to create another account and play rated games against it. Another common way to boost one's rating is to ask a friend to help you do so. They lose, you win, and the computer slaps both your profiles with that red label.

To your profile: It's cool to show a friend how white can get checkmated in 2 moves. But if you do it mutiple times in rated games you'll get a rating that you shouldn't have so it's considered a way of cheating.
