it depends on who is using it. if someone has a lot of experience with a slow trackpad, and the opponent is using touchscreen but has no experience, then there is a good chance the trackpad dude wins.
i dont know which one is faster though.

I think mouse is faster as u move the mouse a lesser area to move the piece. But I play better in touch. And wireless mouse have 0.08-0.16 seconds lag so not good to use em( atleast not at UB,HB,B )

Why would anyone be interested in playing a game of chess that is so fast, you actually have to worry about the quality of your mouse speed? LOL
What kind of a person could have any interest in that? Why not just play real chess?

Yes, but also, you have to worry about misclicks - so, in that area, I think that a mouse is better than a trackpad/touchscreen.

I play in mouse because it is easy

Mouse definitely the best. THough I usually play with a mouse pad, I had used a mouse to play bullet, and it certainly is faster. Previously, even I thought that touch screen was better, but it is slower in the long run. Though depends a lot on how much practice you have had, and with a lot of practice, you can get as fast with touch screen, as with a mouse.

I personally find using the mouse is faster, though because I mostly play Blitz or Rapid (and prefer the latter, but don't get time), I don't feel the difference as much. Though I personally think playing with the mouse is faster & arguably more convenient.
