Phone is better for fast time control in my opinion. It's more easier to make lefong, and it work well if you're in case of time pressure or if you premove, also !

I've left bullet in the past, so I mostly use the touchpad (although I'm getting used to using the mouse again) but if you're playing 3+0 or faster it's absolutely necessary to use a mouse in order to not get flagged.
