Requirements: Microsoft edge browser (Other browsers except Microsoft edge won't work)
Instructions:
(1) Open the webpage you want to turn into an app.
(2)Click on three dots menu.
(3)Hover over "apps" option
(4)Click install this site as an app
(5)Click install
(6)Select options: desktop shortcut taskbar shortcut etc...
You will see the app appear
