For opening-related studying, you can use Chessable. For French defense, I would advise 2 courses: one by Anish Giri, and another one by Bryan Tillis. You have courses on Slav defense as well.

For endgame studying, Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual, 100 Endgames You Must Know by Jesus de la Villa, Practical Endings by Paul Keres. You can also use Chessable for endgame training.
