I cant really play blitz because of slow internet connection, so i focus on classical. Which long time control would help me find a match faster? I play at 15|15 and i do find matches easily but do a lot of people also play 20 minute or 30 minute?
You should be able to find an opponent relatively easy by just clicking the 30 or 30+20 buttons - I recommend 30+20 or more to get the most out of your games. Even creating a seek with a custom time control will net you an opponent eventually, as there are a lot more people than you would think who like to play longer games.
@solaarr If you're okay with really long games we could play a correspondence game. That would take your internet connection out of the equation.
You can always check the lobby and find someone who wants to play classical. I've seen all sorts of weird time controls, one of them being 165+150 (lmao)
