Chess.com's highest rated players have much higher ratings than the top lichess players, but overall, chess.com members should have lower ratings. I think that there is more competition for higher ratings on chess.com because of the number of very good players who play on that website. I play on chess.com as well, and although I am 1900+ on lichess, I struggle to get over 1650 on chess.com.

I am 2200-2300 in bullet/blitz. 2000+ in chess.com.
Chess.com ratings are usually around 200 points lower than Lichess.
For example,
Chess.com 1600 blitz = Lichess 1850 blitz.
Chess.com 1800 blitz = Lichess 2010 blitz.
