I am also interested to know this, but also worth noting, there are many other nations with good up-and-coming players.
Lichess does not offer a way to sort players by nationality.
If you really wanted to, you could look and see if any players in the lobby have India flag in their profile.

I actually wanted to practice with Indian players having FIDE rating between 1400 and 1800. Any players interested in practising ?
