The Stuff of Knightmares...

https://lichess.org/MobxOmZA#46

This was a recent classical round-robin game against a higher-rated opponent. I had already won with black (also a fun game) in a previous Swiss tournament, so I was hopeful. I managed to get ahead in development early on, and saw the idea of 10. Qc4+ with plans to get my knight onto f7 where it could cause all kinds of trouble. He was already in difficulty but failed to defend and things went south for him fairly quickly. After a series of knight checks and discovered queen checks, his king shuffled uncomfortably from g8 to h8 and back while the knight ate both bishops in between checks.

It was already lost, but the final nails in the coffin were 22. Nxd4, allowing me to recapture with the rook (as the queen can't take it because of 24.Qxc8+, Qd8, 25.Qxd8#), and then 23...g6 leaving no option but to resign with #4 on the board. I was really pleased with this super aggressive d4 game with some nice tactics and incredibly, no major errors from me.

hello @jeffforever and Lichess ! here is a blitz game that i share, just for fun)) i thought a lot before choosing a game so here is the game

https://lichess.org/JAsASj9N

what I like about this game is the destruction of the castle. the opening was rather theoretical.

I left the theory with 13. e4 I sacrificed the pawn to open the diagonal of my bishop. I was surprised at my opponent's tactics, I didn't know I had +3.0!

afterwards I had a little fun for checkmate, I didn't see it the first time, the second time I saw it but I wanted to try something else to take advantage, I sacrificed the knight to get there))

thanks all and thanks Lichess for the organizing !
