I have a way to randomly choose a chess opening and then we both agree to play that opening.
Why?? Because it's
• fun
• teaches you new ideas
• breaks up the tediousness of playing the same old things every game
• since it's randomly chosen both sides are on equal footing

I hope more people get in to this idea. This is a great training idea. It was fun while we were testing it. I will have to study the different codes for the openings. Thanks for bringing this up. A new way to make Chess exciting and challenging.

It's worth checking out. We played 4 games. It was very interesting and fun, and a little different.
