Least performance rating

Zero has no special meaning.
In case of one played game, the tournament performance is opponent's rating minus 500, if you lose.

The question mark adds insult to injury. "Your performance rating is not only negative, it's also a bad move"

How do you think the player behind this account will feel when he sees your thread here and how he is being mocked?

Nowadays he'll probably get a talk show out of it.

In general, the value of performance rating for zero or full score is technically undefined and the offset value used there is kind of arbitrary (different systems usually use something between 400 and 800). In this particular case, calculating a rating performance makes even less sense because of

Games played ... 1

This means that the "performance rating" is just your (only) opponent's rating plus or minus the arbitrary offset mentioned above (or exactly the opponent's rating if the result was a draw). In other words, a value that says nothing about your performance.
