Keeping and analyzing a game log

Hi folks...

I'm wondering about trying to keep some sort of a log of games I've played, particularly in slower time controls. The idea is that they'd be labelled by colour, time control, result, opening played and then have some sort of tags to indicate why I think I won or (particularly) lost - was it a particularly good or bad opening line, was I caught by an unexpected tactic in an okay position, did I mess up a tactic that I tried to calculate, did I generally outplay the opponent positionally or vice-versa, did I win from an equal or slightly worse endgame or vice-versa. The goal is to end up with a slightly more objective idea of what my strengths and weaknesses are than I get by just thinking about what was annoying in the last couple of games that I can remember.

I've read a few things that suggested ideas along these lines, but nothing too specific. Has anyone here tried it? How did you approach it, and did you find it helpful?

I know that Lichess analytics can do some of this stuff, but I feel like it can't capture enough of the subjective stuff for what I'm thinking of...

Create studies and add chapters with the games you want to analyze. You can write comments in every move and use Stockfish. I think it's not possible to add tags and colors but you can create a study containing only games with certain openings, or missed tactics, or from a specific month.
