I find it very difficult to compare online-/Lichess-/chess.com- vs. offline FIDE or national OTB ratings.
Of course there are lots of different sources, telling you what equivalent rating you "should have/deserve", but playing OTB, especially in longer time controls, has it's own different challenges as well as playing online blitz on the contrary.
In the end you have to find out for yourselves, but don't be disappointed, if the numbers you "should have/deserve" don't match reality.
