From what I can tell from the spreadsheet, FIDE=Lichess-300, approximately from 1500 rating all the way to 2000 rating (Lichess classical).

From 2000 rating to 2200 (Lichess classical), it is approximately FIDE=Lichess-200.

Anything above 2200, it is approximately FIDE=Lichess.

From your experiences, is this more or less accurate? (I know technically we can't convert Elo to Glicko..)

yes, that fits. The slower the games, the more accurate the rating.

That's interesting. I didn't know there was such a difference between FIDE and Lichess ratings though it seems strange to me to compare time controls that are so different.

In my case, being currently around 1430 FIDE, 1830 classical and 1451 blitz, it is very accurate for classical but I'm 260 points below in blitz (which probably only proves that I'm terrible in blitz but I already knew that). I don't play bullet.
