Hi,
I haven't been able to find this question being addressed anywhere, so I figured I'd do it here. My question is: can you calculate the fastest checkmate (assuming the opponent does the worst moves) for any given position, say in FEN or PGN?

Basically I'm experimenting with this position and some variants of it (here's the FEN: 1rbqkbr1/1ppnnpp1/2pppp2/8/8/2PPPP2/1PPNNPP1/1RBQKBR1 w - - 0 1) and I wanted to see if you can make sort of a "fool's mate" here. (not just that position, I have others as well).

Any help on this subject would be nice.
