On chess.com, my bullet rating is around 1800 (it's actually 1770) and that puts me in the top 7% of bullet players. ON lichess, my bullet rating is 1880. If I look at lichess's stats, if I was in the top 7%, I should be around 2100. Did the inflation of the rating decreased?

Not sure. I’ve heard lichens players tend to have higher ratings and I play on on chess.com as well as here and I notice no connection.
