Is it possible to gain 600 rating points in 2 months uscf?

My provisional USCF rating is currently 647 ( based on 13 games ), however now I am around 1800 on Lichess, and I think I am around 1300-1500 USCF level. There is a big tournament in 2 months that requires 1300+ rating. Is it possible to achieve this, how many games should this take, and how much time would I have to play the needed games before the tournament, so the result updates on time?

dunno amout american rating rules but given you very low ratin in FIDE rules (actually in FIDE rules under 1000 are just unrated but lest ignore that) your maximum gain per game would be 40 points and it would require player at least 400 pts stronger. So in 5 round tournament you could gain about 200 points if you win everything. So it depends on opponents ans is winning all the games realistic. How many tournaments there are within reasonable distance from you. l But I would say definitely possible but would require few tens of games i.e several tournaments

I don't know, is it? Be sure and let us know!

I'd play around with this site:

Say your rating is 647, and you beat a player that's 700. You'd gain 11 points. Assuming you always get paired with someone at or above your rating, you'd need roughly 60 wins. Obviously faster if you beat stronger players. But at the same time, as you get closer to 1300, you'll probably be losing more often.

2 months is a tall order, unless you're able to play in big tournaments almost every week...

No. How many rated USCF games can you possibly play? If you play a perfect 7 points out of 7 rounds, it won't gain 600 points.

600 odd more in 2 months is actually hard even when one is skilled.
Don't go after that target rather forget that tournament.
You will get many tournaments ahead.
