Is it possible create a GIF from a PGN of a game not played, but set up on the analysis board?

I want to create a GIF of the first few moves of the Ruy Lopez. I only get the option to export a GIF version of the game if I have played in a game with an opponent. I want to know if it is possible to set up arrays of moves-short and long- without playing them with another player(on the analysis board) and have a GIF file of those moves. Is this an option, or would I have to specifically play it against another player?

You should play the moves you want in the analysis board and then click on the 3 horizontal lines button on the bottom right and click on study.

Then from the study menu you have the option to export to gif.

What a neat function! I had no idea it existed. I like how the moves in the GIFs are delayed in proportion to how long it took to make the moves in the real game.

You could always create and import a game like I did. While this exact game has occurred multiple times in Grandmaster games, I used the analysis board to generate a pgn and then imported the pgn as a game for a meme.
