Is a 1900 player a good chess player or Not

I've beaten 2160 rating players. I thing the rating sometimes doesn't matter.
Online 1900 is a bit inflated just fyi, so a1900 on lichess is roughly 1700-1750 at most otb.

that rating is just about low-mid club level. 1900-2100 are about the upper tiers, which means, strong amateur.

Now, strength is relative to what or whom are you comparing to. If you are comparing to the average chess player? then yes, you are strong.

If you are comparing to the titled players, regardless of their title, nope, you will always be the underdog in those situations, you are at the bottom of the barrel.

Id say 2400 otb would qualify as strong on both sides of the isle.
According to the chessgoals.com rating comparisons site, Lichess rapid 1900 is close to FIDE Elo 1635.
That rating falls into the class B player category.
personally i feel 2100 is still really bad. i got 2100 in a year and a half of playing with almost zero study and to be honest I'm constantly smoking weed while playing. i had learned real young at age 3, but I had never actually took it serious until this last couple years.
pony me hmm 1900 rated person must be good but blunders so a 1900 rated guys is bad. Hmm. I don't know.
