interpretation of stats in terms of projected rating

If we are just training online for OTB games then it doesn't really matter if it is through playing 100% legitimate opponents or legit play mixed in against occasional engine assisted efforts but it is good to understand the difference between human play and engine assistance. Computers can't be "psyched out". If I want to play against an engine I will just use Fritz with the Stockfish engine. I don't lose sleep over engine users but I prefer to play humans as chess is potentially a very social game. I think my OTB rating will be higher than online when I return to OTB at my club soon. Online chess has had a great net benefit to my play despite my misgivings about engine use.

" if there was a simple arithmetic computation to figure an estimated rating"

Yes there probably is, but the point is that it would be meaningless for your stats as post #5 points out

Not only that, but even if you got your estimated rating it wouldn't tell you anything. The only thing an online rating can tell you is how your strength developed over time, there is no good formula for Lichess <-> FIDE. (or maybe there is but noone bothered to try find out what it looks like)
