I think if you have a chess score you just do a study and do the moves

PGN (Portable Game Notation) is a text file format used as a de facto standard for storing a game or part of it (possibly with alternate sidelines) so that it can be easily exported and imported between different applications. If you have a game in PGN format, you can simply paste it into the "PGN" window on the analysis page or import it as a chapter into a study.

See e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portable_Game_Notation for more details about PGN format.

Unfortunately, I still do not understand how to export a game in PGN
Switch to game analysis and under the board select "Share&Export" tab. You can either save the game into a file in PGN format or copy the PGN text to clipboard. You have two options: "annotated" includes evaluation, comments and sidelines from engine analysis, "raw" only the moves played in the game.

and even less how to import it into the position editor.
It doesn't make sense to import a game into board editor, you only edit a position there (without previous moves). But you can import PGN in analysis page (https://lichess.org/analysis) by pasting the test into the "PGN" field.
