I'm not getting enough elo in lichess, yet I gain up to 50+ in chess.com

I know lichess and chess.com have different rating systems, but holy fucking shit on Lichess I lose up to 100 elo in 12 hours, and takes me a week to even get back to 100 because I get 5 points per round. Why do I sometimes get 3 points for a round? WHY DO I LOSE 10 POINTS AND WHENEVER I WIN I GAIN 5 POINTS? I don't fucking get it. Sometimes it's not even my fault; sometimes the screen doesn't FUCKING LOAD and I have to abort or even worse resign. Speaking of which, WHY DO YOU LOSE 5-10 ELO WHEN I WASN'T EVEN BEGINNING THE FUCKING GMAE
My only choice that could get me out of 800 elo is to relentlessly grind everyday FOR HOURS ON END, for at most 3 to 7 points per round that get immediately blown by a random lost game that lost, which I know is how people gain more elo, but I've been analyzing my games,
Meanwhile in chess.com I gain up to 50 points per round and gain a very fast tempo in point gain

Edit: I forgot to mention, I'm also losing 10 points to 900 ELO players which is also just stupid

Both sites use Glicko-1 or a derivative thereof, despite Lichess claiming to use Glicko-2.

Your rating deviation (in rapid) is 45.02, i.e. almost the minimum. No surprise your rating is stable and wins or losses against similar rated opponents don't affect it too much.

You could set custom games and match stronger opponents if you think your elo rating doesn’t converge to your "real" rating fast enough. You would gain more than 5 points per game.

Alternatively, Lichess could implement Glicko-2 or Glicko-Boost to stabilize ratings.

Wdym I saw your last games and you gained about 5 to 8 elo points when you won.
And you lost also the same when you lost so why does it make a difference.

The rating systems on both platforms work basically the same for practical reasons.

How about trying to learn how they work instead of shouting stupid things and making a fool out of yourself?

Learning how the rating systems are supposed to work only exacerbates existing problems with both, at least until either site commits to improving their rating system.
