Lot of wrong answers here. You can absolutely report that player . . . just like you can report someone for cheating merely because you lost, or offensive language because they said hello in a foreign language. No one is going to stop you from making the report I promise.

In what way would be playing two games at once be cheating? I've had numerous correspondence games ongoing simoultaneously at times.
