If I have rating 2000 in rapid, what rating Fide would I have?

But lichess rating is not related to FIDE rating, you don’t get FIDE rating because of how much rating you have on lichess, you get it apart

ELO ratings are meant to show relative strength within a given population. The population of Lichess is different from chess.com is different from USCF online is different from FIDE OTB.

Everybody and their uncle can signup to Lichess with very little commitment. There are going to be a lot of lower skilled individuals. In FIDE OTB tournaments, you're going to get a disproportionate amount of good to great players. People who are not dedicated won't put in the effort to travel to an OTB tournament.

Someone who is pretty decent at chess will be closer to the right of the distribution curve online. That same person may be average or below average when compared against more serious chess players.

I don't have FIDE rating, but my lichess rapid rating is 1700+
So, what do you think?
Are there any FIDE rated players, who have lichess rating less than 1800?

My friend - his FIDE rating is 1021
But his lichess rating is 2100+😰
