Rematches are actually nothing but series of games with someone. It won't do any harm playing rematches rather every game will help in improve.
Also, many players literally fear for accepting rematches. So, not accepting rematches without a reason is bad and against the spirit of game.
You should accept rematches except when you want to do something urgently.
