I'm not so sure where this leaves you when White is just opening with e4 d4 c3 or as Black responding with e5 Nf6 Nf5. These are rather standard openings.
indeed e4 d4 nc3 and simple white moves 3.5 for engine.

No, he meant an opening for both colors, the moves are just mirrors for white and black.
Honestly, Stockfish 15+ would crush you slowly but surely, but in serious games you can get away with it 1 times out of 4.
