How to use the Keyboard Extension???

Hello everyone,
If you see any of the ultrabullet champs( @penguingim1 , @dudewithasuit , ) they use something known as keyboard extension and with that, they move the pieces extremely fast. How to use or install or enable the keyboard extension??? Please help someone.
