U dont have to think faster, think better.
Or you could just choose a slower time control.
Before I started online chess, I always played with unlimited time. My suggestion is, if you are like me (always played with unlimited), play unlimited, when you get better, play classical, then rapid, and so on. My preferred time control is classical, but rapid should be pretty good for me too :)
I notice your rapid and classical ratings are both around 1700, while your blitz and then bullet are progressively worse. You should stick with rapid and slower, you learn better that way. If you do want to play some faster tcs, especially bullet, you have to move past the stage where you think about the best move. In bullet, you really have to speedrun the opening 20 or so moves, ideally so that you have enough time left on your clock, say 35 seconds, to spot a few nice tactics and then win the game, sometimes by flagging. Because of the sometimes messy nature of bullet, blitz is a lot better to play. 3+2 is a nice tc, you have an increment, and enough time to spot tactics and think, but not as long so you can doubt yourself. Just play confidently and after your game, make sure to analyse and spot where you went wrong. Also, it helps to play simpler openings in faster tcs so the position doesn't get overly complicated early on, so maybe not too many gambits!
Hope this helped!
do more puzzles you'll find checkmates and tactics faster
when ı researched the only thing that makes u think faster is practice. try FPS games just a fact The fastest human reaction time is 0.1 ms.

It's a matter of pattern recognition. You're quite good at chess when you take your time thinking about your moves, you just are not able to see them by intuition. Keep playing slow time controls, analyze your games, and see where you went wrong; do a lot of tactics, both mixed and by theme (you can do it here for free), especially mates. There are also some books that are very useful to learn typical positional and tactical patterns.
Play fast time controls just for fun, it's not useful at all imo.
spend less time on unimportant moves, so you have more time to think for the important ones
