Hi, so I hadn't played blitz in a while, and I'm tilting a lot. I was 2000 about 3 months ago, but have lost over 150 rating points since then. Could anyone help me? Thanks

I was 2579. I had not played for a month, and now I'm rusted until I get the full board vision again. I'm currently spending my time doing puzzles, and few games. Honestly and I am extremely frustrated rn. After all, losses hurt to everyone.
I would advise you to be close with the board if you want to remove your so called 'chess blindness'. Once you get that thing back you'll regain your -150 in days.

You’re playing 3+0 like it’s hyper-bullet.
Take a break from hyper; your chess will resurrect itself. If you can’t stop the urge to play bullet, at least go for 1+0. It’s the lesser evil :P.

Preventing tilt: Daily meditation, physical exercise, staying hydrated, and eating food that’s good for one’s mood (dark chocolate—preferably without sugar, as sugar is bad for your intelligence—for example).
Stopping tilt: Do something else for a while. Distract yourself with another hobby or project. Get away from what you’re being annoyed at. A few days. If that doesn’t work, a few weeks.

Some good points in here:

I'd add playing 30+20 instead of fast games.

It happened to me too.
My 'solution': When I loose a rated game, I just stop. I start playing casual games or start with rated games the next day.
In this way I avoid these "losing streaks".

That’s a very sensible approach in theory. But in practice, it takes a great deal of self-discipline to follow through, especially for speed chess players. After a loss, the impulse to chase that instant gratification of a win is hella hard to resist...

For me, its mostly about making sure I'm sufficiently motivated to focus for an entire game. I play 5 +7 and when I'm not sufficiently into it, I have a terribly habit of checking other websites, which is absolutely a rating killer.

The only thing I ever learn from playing Blitz and Bullet is not to play Blitz and Bullet.
