How to report a faulty puzzle?

This puzzle is faulty: #PKZCk. Here is the link: https://lichess.org/training/PKZCk
So the only move that is accepted is Qa8 but the mate also happens after Qb7. And I lost 60 rating points for proposing Qb7!!!
Maybe lichess shouldn't trust the engines this much with generating puzzles...
So how can I report this?

UPDATE: Thanks to @l-____-l , I realized the puzzle wasn't faulty because you have access to the moves that were played before and you should notice that there's a repetition involved. However, my definition of puzzles doesn't involve looking at previous moves... There's something rotten here anyway, this would be a stupid trap in Puzzle Storm... But the topic is closed, I found my answer.

Huh. Qb7 leading to mate is what happened in the game, too, except that was a draw by triple repetition.

@doctor_of_luv that was not so diffcult I am a 3302 rating in puzzles so I know.

@chessonly123 it is not a matter of difficulty... All I am saying is there are two perfectly correct first moves that allow mate in 3 and the site only accepts one of them. So you have 50% chances of losing rating even if you are right! This should be reported and I want to know how to do it.

It was because if you do Qb7+ it would become 3 fold repetition, but you don't know that if you're just solving the puzzle. It should be deleted.
