How long does it take before a decision is resolved so you know if you have to delete your account once you appeal?

i lost many games on lichess on purpose cause i had a tournament and they went by ratings and i wanted to be in the 800 below so it would be easy for me and at the beginning my rating was 846 so i kept loosing games on purpose and then finally went to 790 something and then when i saw i realized that there was a notification saying that i violated lichess terms and idk how to make it go off.
will it go off by itself?
when will it go off?
will it stay like that for ever?
Hello,
Losing games on purpose to drop your rating to 800 for playing a tournament with upper rating limit is called sandbagging, and is indeed a violation of the Lichess Terms of Service. You may read the https://lichess.org/terms-of-service for more information.
To appeal, use the link in #2. The forum is not the place for ban appeals.
