It means they are provisional.
Play more games and then it will remove the question mark.

Depends on how many you have already played.

@SAJAG_GUPTA-8 you took long breaks, so all your ratings are very provisional (except antichess). so you need to play a lot. Watch your rating deviations go down and when they're beneath 110, the question mark disappears. Breaks make the deviation rise again.
