How to put names in Imported games?

I have been wondering around on lichess for around two years and am unable to find this question's answer. Can someone help me?

Insert these tags into the first lines of the PGN after [Event], [Site], and [Date]:
[White "(insert player White name here)"]
[Black "(insert player Black name here)"]

And, if either player has a title (NM, FIDE, or LM), insert:
[WhiteTitle "insert_Title"]
[BlackTitle "insert_Title"]
before the move order.

[Result "0-1"] if Black won,
and [Result "1/2-1/2"] for a draw

Insert one of those tags the line after you put the [Black "(insert player Black name here)"] tag.

Note that the file would not be invalid without any of the lines marked with an asterisk, but it is good to include them for convenience.
