What must I do to play against a bot?

If you're talking about accounts that are bots, you just challenge them as usual.

If you want to play the "Stockfish A.I. level x" bots, then you can go to the homepage and click on play with the computer.

To find online bots, at the top click on "Community", then "Players", then on the left edge click on "Online Bots"
