How to move fast (with touchpad)

2100 bullet touchpad only, actual rating closer to 1600 otb. anythings possible

I also play from mobile with good results ... For bullet you can try 2+0 or 2+1 ....

I think I just need higher sensitivity.

The only problem with that, is that the accuracy goes down.

Well, it's all about practice. I am also a touchpad user, and in the beginning, my rating dropped down to 1200, because I couldn't move fast. However, I am now doing it for almost 5 years, and now my rating is 1800. So it's all about practice. Moreover, you can use both hands to do so. Use one to move and other to click.

Better use a phone.
