How to make a lichess bot?

Guys , BOTS ask us permission for challenges and don't play games without the owner 's permission 🙄 . Plus I have seen many BOT accounts having 'This player has violated the Lichess terms of service ' , so eventually the accounts are closed by Mods .So it's better playing yourself than wasting time making a BOT account.

And Lichess says no robots allowed, but then how BOTS play ?? , Confusing isn't it 😕.
