How to make a lichess bot?

I know there are other forums about this. But for me, the website easychess.herokuapp.com/ doesn't load and says:

"Application Error
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command"

Is this the case with anybody else? If so, how do I make a bot now? Because everybody says to use that website, but I can't use it.

I want to do something where I assign a number 1-12 to chess evaluations.

For example, let's say we go in order. One would be the best move, twelve would be the worst move. I understand there might be some similar evaluations at say around depth 30. Either the bot could evaluate them both with the same number or randomly choose which one should come first. It wouldn't matter because the user could go through and see the position and moves as equally valid anyway.

Then, after it assign numbers to 12 evaluated moves, it would highlight them. I'll give an example. And to better illustrate, if anyone knows music theory you will be able to relate to why I am doing this.

Numbers 1, 8, and 5 could be assigned green.
Numbers 6 and 10 could be blue or two shades of blue
Numbers 4, 7, and 11 could be purple
Numbers 3 and 9 could be orange
Numbers 2 and 12 could be red

You would see it in a similar fashion as the analysis area, and another idea would be to leave numbers 1,8, and 5 as the default font color like it is shown in games now. Green could then be used for something else like with numbers 6 and 10 instead of two shades of blue.

If there is anyone who knows how to work with bots and is interested in developing something like this, please let me know. Perhaps you have an interest also in music theory.
